地面处理好后,需要先在地面上铺上自然地暖专用地垫,地垫采用IXPE为基材,上面覆上4丝或者8丝的PE膜,因为地热环境对地垫的要求很高,为了延长地板的使用寿命,建议选用8丝膜,切记不要使用普通珍珠棉防潮垫,因为珍珠棉防潮垫不是专为地热环境而制造。地暖地垫一边有自封胶带,另一边有多出来的膜,把膜盖到自封胶带上即可(即安装时PE膜向上)。地暖地垫可用于各种地暖环境,但是不允许直接接触电发热片,与地垫直接接触的物体温度不建议超过60℃,超过后地垫会变软。

如果客户对脚感要求较高的,可以在地暖地垫的基础上再铺装一层大自然软木地垫,软木地垫环保健康,具有静音、避震等功能,该产品分国产和进口两种(进口软木地垫更是用大豆胶为粘合剂,属无醛产品),安装过后地板脚感会有显著的提升。软木地垫不惧高温,可用于地热温度较高的铺装环境。
